Phoebe Tonkin is an actress and model born on July 12, 1989 Sydney, NSW, Australia. . She is best known for playing Cleo Sertori in the television program H2O: Just Add Water and Fiona Maxwell in the film Tomorrow, When the War Began. From four years Phoebe has practiced classical dance, including ballet, tap, hip hop and contemporary dance. He attended school for girls Queenwood School in Balmoral. At age 12 he took several courses at the Australian Theatre for Young People.
